Shipping abroad and returns

Free shipping costs in Germany for all standard package orders with a value of more than €50. We charge a fee of €5,95 as shipping and administration costs for orders below €50. For Cargo pallet shipments, an additional €35 is charged.

Shipping costs to countries outside Germany are divided into Country zones 1, 2, 3, 4.
The standard (extra) delivery time is between 2 to 5 days.

¹ The costs under "pallet shipment" are per pallet. Pallet prices are only calculated for the following products; heat-recovery units, ventilation systems with connections of Ø400 or larger, thermoduct- and spiral pipes. The total shipping amount will be automatically calculated in the checkout page. All prices mentioned above are Value Added Taxes (VAT) included.

Returns from Country zone 1, 2, 3, 4

It is possible to return products to our warehouse in the Netherlands within a 90-day period. This is on your own costs.

Please contact us at info@lueftungsland.de before sending the product(s). We will send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Autorization number).

Opened Monday till Friday from 07:30 - 12:30 and 13:00 - 17:30 and Saturday from 08:30 - 13:00.
